Daniel Judd, CeMAP, CeRER
Daniel has been a Mortgage Adviser for independent firms since 2003. He is qualified to advise on and arrange all types of mortgage including Residential, Buy to Let, 2nd charge, Lifetime and Equity release as well as all forms of Protection and insurance.
In December 2012 he was offered the office on the High Street in Newport and with its prominent position decided to take the plunge and develop his own brand as an Independent Adviser with no ties to banks, building societies or insurance companies. In 2024 Mortgage Moves joined forces with another firm, Adept Private Finance and in doing so gained access to further lending and insurance institutions.
Daniel initially came into the industry for a new challenge and that was exactly what he got! His Father an Engineer and his Mother an Office Manager, Financial Services didn't exactly run in the family but, at the time an aspiring home owner not really knowing which way to turn, he felt that the conventional bank / building society route to obtain a mortgage was not necessarily the most favourable and set to change it.
Daniel lives locally, he is a keen cyclist taking part in various road and mountain bike events, he also enjoys DIY and spending time with friends and family.
Janice Macleod, CeMAP
Janice qualified in 2017 and became our second Mortgage & Protection Adviser. With a wealth of knowledge and experience from her background in estate agency and lettings, we are honoured that she has decided to join our team and believe she will be invaluable enabling us to extend our service a little further afield.
Janice predominantly works out of her offices in Great Bardfield and Halstead. When not at work, she has a passion for horses and often competes at a national level, having harvested such success she is now considering extending her home just to accommodate the innumerable amount of rosettes she has acquired!
Noyna Judd
Having studied diligently in Thailand for a degree in Public Health, Noyna through caution to the wind and came to the UK to live in 2007, a truly life changing experience in more ways than one.
As the business has grown Noyna has re-trained and now has the responsibility of Client Account Manager. Once advice has been provided and suitable solutions for our client are found, Noyna carries out much of the usually unseen back office applications, chasing lenders, providers and solicitors where necessary. Each client we deal with is databased by Noyna to ensure they have plenty of warning of a fixed/discounted rate coming to an end, with no nasty shocks. Managing the website is also in her remit ensuring we can be found online, and she is one of the few people who have managed to master the regulator's reporting system! (Although she would rather be cooking!)
