Daniel Judd, CeMAP, CeRER
Dan has been a Mortgage Adviser for independent firms since 2003 and now often finds himself arranging mortgages for the children of his very first clients. He is qualified to advise on and arrange all types of mortgage including Residential, Buy to Let, 2nd charge, Lifetime and Equity release as well as all forms of Protection and insurance.
Dan initially came into the industry for a new challenge and that was exactly what he got. At the time an aspiring home owner, not really knowing which way to turn, he felt that the conventional bank / building society route to obtain a mortgage was not necessarily the most favourable and set to change it.
Having run his own mortgage company for 10 years, Dan joined forces with The Mortgage Clinic in 2025 in order to further collaborate with other advisers, share the often onerous amount of admin and concentrate on his clients.
Dan is a keen cyclist and motorcyclist, he also enjoys reading, DIY and spending time with friends and family.

Janice Macleod, CeMAP
Janice has been a Mortgage & Protection Adviser since 2017. With a wealth of knowledge and experience from her background in estate agency and lettings, she is able to advise from start to finish on the whole process both residential and Buy to Let. Covering First Time Buyers to complex cases she has experience across the whole mortgage market. Taking time to get to know her clients and their needs she takes pride in much of her work being repeat business or referrals from existing clients.
Janice is a keen horsewoman having competed her horses Internationally, her three young children also keep her busy!

Noyna Judd
Having studied diligently in Thailand for a degree in Public Health, Noyna through caution to the wind and came to the UK to live in 2007, a truly life changing experience in more ways than one.
As the business has grown Noyna has re-trained and now has the responsibility of Client Account Manager. Managing the website is in her remit ensuring we can be found online, and she is one of the few people who have managed to master the regulator's reporting system! (Although she would rather be cooking!)
Andrew Russell
Andrew is our dedicated Protection Adviser. With this incredibly important role, Andrew comes with an extensive background in sales and many management roles in customer service, and is very passionate about helping people make the right decision. Andrew has lived near Royston for the past 6 years and loves spending time with his wife and 2 children and enjoys clay pigeon shooting in his spare time.
Neil Reynolds
Neil focuses solely on Equity Release and Lifetime Mortgages. In recent years this area has become increasingly complex and time consuming so it made sense that we had Neil dedicated to this type of advice. With over 20 years experience in dealing with personal financial and insurance matters, Neil can arrange to see you in the comfort of your own home, explain the ins and outs of these mortgages as well as the importance of a Will and Power of Attorney.
